Information is power and CCCS helps people with credit and budgeting questions daily. In fact over 3,500 consumers turned to CCCS of South Texas for personal finance related questions last year.
A vital part of the service mission for CCCS is proactive education. Many times consumers have questions not requiring a counseling session and can easily be helped with their question over the telephone or email. If you have a question please feel free to contact us by phone or submit an email question to our Ask a Counselor feature.
CCCS of South Texas maintains a through database of local resources for referrals. It is important to us to provide additional resources within the community that can help consumers.
The information and referral program helps consumers of all walks of life and many callers remain completely anonymous.
