How long has CCCS been serving South Texans?
CCCS has been helping families for more than 37 years. The organization was founded in 1969 by a group of community volunteers because of the need for budget counseling.
What is the CCCS service area?
CCCS serves over 20 counties in Texas including: Aransas, Bee, Brooks, Calhoun, Cameron, De Witt, Duval, Goliad, Hidalgo, Jackson, Jim Wells, Kenedy, Kleberg, Live Oak, Nueces, Refugio, San Patricio, Starr, Victoria, and Willacy. CCCS of South Texas’ main office is located in Corpus Christi with branch offices in Victoria, Brownsville, Harlingen, and McAllen.
What are CCCS office hours?
CCCS business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. We do offer classes occasionally in the evenings or on weekends. All of our staff can be reach through our telephone voice mail system after hours.

Yes. CCCS of South Texas is an IRS Code 501 (c)(3) nonprofit corporation locally controlled by an unpaid board of directors.
